Pricing questions

How much does Roev cost?

Fuel & Energy is $2.50 per vehicle a month for your whole fleet, with no minimum fleet size, and includes Roev Roadmap. The Procurement Assistant is $149 for each vehicle you assess, and your first 3 are free. Prices are in Australian dollars, excluding GST, and are introductory pricing.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Fuel & Energy has a 90-day minimum, which gives you time to upload your data, review what Roev finds and act on it. After that it is month to month with no ongoing commitment.

What's included with Fuel & Energy?

Fuel & Energy includes Roev Roadmap, your fleet's 10-year plan. It shows how many of your vehicles are ready to go electric now, later or not yet, how many fall due for replacement each year over the next 10 years, and your fleet's emissions trajectory. To see the full details for a vehicle, add it to the Procurement Assistant.

Can I try the Procurement Assistant before I pay for it?

Yes. Your first 3 vehicle assessments in the Procurement Assistant are free, so you can see the analysis on vehicles you are actually replacing. After that, each vehicle is $149.

Why pay per vehicle for the Procurement Assistant?

Because you only need replacement analysis for the vehicles you are actually replacing. Most fleets replace about one in five vehicles a year, so there is no point paying for vehicles that won't be replaced for years. Each assessment covers petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric options.

How much time does the Procurement Assistant save?

A replacement decision usually means pulling the vehicle's usage data, shortlisting models, building a whole-of-life cost comparison, checking EV range and charging, and writing it up for approval. That can take a fleet officer several hours per vehicle. The Procurement Assistant does that analysis from the vehicle's actual duty cycle in minutes.

Do I need telematics?

No. A year of fuel card transactions is enough to get started. Upload files from any provider, or several providers, exactly as you export them, with no data cleaning. If you have telematics or EV charging data, Roev can use that too, and it improves data quality.

What should be in my fuel card file?

Export the full transaction report from your fuel card provider and upload it as it is. Roev uses the date and time of each purchase, the vehicle registration, the location, the fuel type, the litres, the price per litre and the total cost. Please don't delete any columns before uploading, even ones that look unimportant, because missing data limits what Roev can find.

Can Roev connect directly to our fuel card provider or telematics?

Yes. As well as uploading files, Roev can integrate with your fuel card providers and telematics services so your data comes in without manual uploads. Talk to us about which providers you use.

Do you charge per user?

No. There are no seats or per-user fees, so your fleet, finance and sustainability teams can all use Roev.

Can we unlock our whole fleet for long-term planning?

Yes. If you're planning your whole fleet, you can unlock the Procurement Assistant for every vehicle at once instead of paying per vehicle. The more replacement vehicles you choose, the more accurate your long-term plan becomes. Talk to us about whole-fleet pricing. Fleet management companies can ask about partner pricing.
